Do you want that specific type in your pic, the "Telstar" as Centerline called it. there is one on Ebay for sale at the moment. Your desired size and width but unknown backspacing and close to you if I remember right. Price is $200 but they have a make offer option so it would seem they're willing to deal.

I got two , but their 15 x 10 w/ a 5" backspace , and 5 on 5 b. circle .
