Ceramic or OEM brake pads? Kelsey hayes Q

Hey all,
Looking to replace my front pads (kelsey hayes setup) and find ceramic as well as organic OEM material.
Any recommendations on the two?
I hear ceramic last longer but are harder on the rotors heat wise...

I would go with the ceramic any day of the week. They are not harder on the rotors... not for wear or heat. Less brake dust and better stoping.
