Changing from t quad to 600 edelbrock

I am going to change from t quad to 600 manual choke edelbrock , is there anything wrong with using a new ther quad base gasket on 600 edelbrock seems like it seats real nice but not sure what to expect.Thanks alot Rickj L.

You will need an adapter if your going to use the factory spreadbore intake.

I wanted to install a new stud for the throttle cable end to the throttle linkage on a Edelbrock carb. The stock cable end is 3/16". Who sells this part, having a hard time locating.
