Chasing vibration...help!!

-
Maybe list out the many possible causes and start checking them off .......

U-joints/driveshaft/balance
Slip yoke engagement/wear
Wheel bearings
Differential bearings
R&P gear wear
Wheels
Tires belts/bubbles/balance
Ball joints
Tie rod ends
Alignment
Shocks

Maybe if I add some quarters I can make it shake all the time...lol
Lol, Duct tape a few pounds of 'em on the tail housing and take it for a ride. :D

does it vibrate in neutral when you rev the motor at a steady 2000 to 2500 rpm?

measure pinion and driveshaft and trans angles, I know it was good before. On my duster I don't balance tires

Assuming not positraction, Jack up rear axle and block one wheel...put in gear, slowly increase speed to see if vibration occurs and repeat for other wheel. If posi, remove one wheel ,install lug nuts and repeat procedure to rule out tire problem.

You can use use wheel weights and hose clamps on driveshaft if need be.
