Cheap Bolt-On Disc Brake Conversion for 8.25

Anyone done this? What part numbers did you use and what did they come from? I've heard of people taking caliper brackets off of Jeeps with 8.25s and bolting them on. Tell me what you've done and what you used. Thanks!
 
I have done this conversion a few times on my Jeeps. Just grab the rear axle or the brake components from a rear axle out of a Grand Cherokee (ZJ). You'll have to slightly enlarge the center hole on the backing plate, but a sanding drum on a die grinder makes quick work of it. You might need longer wheel studs too, since the rotor is a little thicker at the mounting surface than the drum. I just found parking brake cables on Rockauto that were the length I needed to hook up the e-brake.
