Now that she's a working woman again, MommaCat decided she would spend the money and get the rack she's been wanting for a while. It's a bigger rack than the one she has now, so she figures she should be able to get more meat in this one. I told her not to over extend herself, because one rack can only hold so much meat, but she won't listen. Anyway, here's her new rack!

MMMMM beef jerky

I bought a jerky kit that came with a caulk gun looking thing to make jerky sticks that look like slim jims and it also has the attachments to make a jerky "cake" and other things out of beef jerky .....talk about fun and a great way to spend a Saturday

So is that a single Rack do I see multiple racks. Where do friends put there meat when they visit on the old smaller rack ? I have the circular version with 3 trays
