Just put a train horn on it.

My uncle had those on his old OTR tractor. He had four, each fed by its own dedicated air tank...they would EMPTY those tanks (120psi to zero) in ~20 seconds. Sometimes, you need to get someone's attention REALLY LOUDLY!

This guy put train horns on top his car. Fast forward to 4:48 to hear from 1/4 mile up the road. Very cool!
