This cap doesn't appear to have ever been used.
I have had this a very long time. Forgot I had it and found it in a box while looking for a different part. Unsure if repo or original. It is different than the recently purchased repos I have on my covers now. This cap pushes down on the stand pipe further. Thought someone out there could use a new one.
