Circuit boards

Hello posse,

My 69 Dart's fuel & temp gauge are non-op.
No surprise there. I've priced rep,acement OEM
gauges and noticed new L & R circuit boards having
upgraded regulators etc.
When installed do these new boards accept the original
harness connectors?
Also, how does the speedo cable disconnect from the gauge?
Any pix of this connection?

if the speedo is original it has a plastic push -on connection with a small plastic detent that holds it in place-- usually the detent is broken & it will break if you are forceful in removing the clip-- shine your flash light in there -- very simple connection-- not so easy to contort your hand to fit, Lawrence
