I have my 67 Valiant insured with American Collector.

Under AC you need to be listed on the policy and need 10 yr experience.

My grandson now 16 and has his license, has ridden in the car since forever but can’t drive it due to driver eligibility requirements.

Only option is regular car insurance but its $600 as opposed to $200.

1) Any ideas of a better option?
2) if anyone is driving your classic I would make sure they are covered.

Had my 67 Barracuda insured with The Hartford Co.
It was just added on as a second vehicle and an agreed replacement cost. About $110 every 6 months.
About 4 years ago. My be more now.

Interesting. I want to add a third car and they quote $600 for book value which is around $11k. Only myself and my wife live here and she doesn’t drive anymore but she still has her license
