What is the best thing to use to clean your spray gun of epoxy primer?Any info would help thanks Mark.

Take it apart and soak/clean everything in laquer thinner. Make sure it is CLEAN. Reassemble gun, fill it 1/2 full of thinner, spray about 1/2 of it out, take a smoke break, blow the rest of it out. It should then be clean.

Agree with above. A hot lacquer thinner will cut it. However, finish the smoke before blowing the rest out

Buddy I have been an industial spray painter for years and nothing cleans every thing like M.E.K. ...... methel ethel keytone.... wicked chit man ... Use only in well ventilated area!!!! This stuff will take the spots off a Leopard if I do say so myself lol

ah yes MEK.. remember using that to cut Zolotone... barely remember how the spray job turned out :tongue10: evaporated so fast it sucked the fat right out of my hands
