Hello. Just put my centerforce II clutch and preasure plate in the car with a skf through out bearing. Having trouble setting up the clutch. If I set the clutch up so that the bearing is about 50 thou from the preasure plate I can not get the transmition in Rev. Al the other gears are a little stiff going into gear. My pedal free play is about 2 inches. If I tighten up on the adjusting rod to take up the free play to about 1 inch then all the gears shift realy nice. The problem now is the through out bearing is now turning. I can stop the bearing from turning by touching it with my screw driver. So there is not that much preasure on the bearing,. but the bearing will burn out. Dose anyone know what the problem would be.

Grab your harmonic balancer and push it towards the back of the engine. Now, Grab your harmonic balancer than pull it towards the front of the engine.
