There is only 1 difference in the 70 Rallye wheels verses the 71 & 72's.

The color of the center cap. 70 is light argent. 71 and 72 are dark argent.

In 70 and 71, the SBP rallye wheeles used the cone centers, and in 72, they used the acorn style, similar to the lbp version used in 73 and up.
