Coil Near Plug Conversion Prep

I am finishing up the refresh/rebuild of my MOPAR 440/512 engine.
I am also trying to finish up my Coil Near Plug conversion.
This morning I drilled and tapped a 1/4 x 20 hole in the rear lower corner of each head.
These are the attaching points (for lack of a better term) for a bridging harness to tie each head and the XIM Block Ground together. The center terminal of the bridging harness and the block ground terminal will be secured together under the rear center valley pan 1/4 x 20 stainless button head bolt.
I read somewhere that the heads and block ground should be connected together at a common point.
Not sure if that is indeed the case.

"Bridging Harness"

Bridging Harness installed as well as Crank Sensor, Cam Position Sensor and Temperature Sensor Harness.

It is still going to be a while. I still have to get the engine and transmission assembly back into the car.

Then I have sensor and ECU wiring to finish up.

I've had coil near plug with basic grounding (though I have a seperate ground between the block and battery, head and battery, and head and body) for 10.5 years now and have had zero problems.

I have the D585 GM round coils, oem from an actual GM truck.

I am not sure which GM coils these are right now. Getting old and forgetful.
