Hello Mopar family; I am changing over my cooling system in my 440 conversion to a Coldcase radiator. During the dry fit I discovered that there is a 1” gap (top and bottom). Rumour has it that someone has dealt with this using the rubber for a garage door as a filler. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Ron D

Are you talking between the core and the radiator panel or radiator and shroud?

I ended up getting hardware store door weather stripping. Has the peel and stick side. 1/2" thick by 1" wide and comes in a roll like 15' . I just doubled up and stuck em to each other. Glued that to shroud. Mounting bolts will pull the shroud tight against the weather stripping to the radiator. Worked good for me..
