Column shift lever identification

[68 CUDA FORMULA S]

Is there anyone here that can identify this column shift lever? It was in the trunk of this 74 Scamp when I bought it but it is not the same as the Scamp. I have it up for sale but might have better luck if I knew what it came out of. Please look at the picture and if you know please let me know.
