what liability issues...the person fleeing a police officer is placing the community at large at risk...and often the case they have no license, insurance and such..the police have a tough enough job that we as citizens should support them..I know majority of all people only have a beef with the police when the ex trumps up a phony charge or they get pinched for a vehicle violation....the attitude seems to carry over to every function of the law enforcers job as an invasion of your privacy which is not anywhere near the case...now selling the at Harbor Freight...this would be a lawyers dream come true....
