No. The "Commando" package was the 4-barrel, hotter cam, etc.

A Barracuda with the 273 “four barrel” commando engine has a different engine code on the fender tag as has been pointed out.
The actual emblem on the fender would say “V eight” for the two barrel engine, “commando” for the four barrel engine; these would be located fairly low and behind the front wheel.
The exception is the Formula S which would not have an engine emblem but would have the round emblem in front of the front wheel.
