Concert, "Bach to the Future"

The wife and i went last night down to the Civic Center to see em. The University of Missouri was puting it on and i had em pretty well pegged. Bach being classical and Future meaning something more modern as in Rock. That pretty well sums it up. Some killer musicians with some very different instruments. These guys were fantastic. A mix of Bach, Mozart, and Beatohven with a hint of some Steely Dan licks on the keyboards and some resemblance of ELO and they threw a little Santana in the mix. If these guys are ever in your neck of the woods and you dont go see em you will be missing out. These guys are pioneering new ground. Check em out on youtube.

Thanks for the heads-up. Bach's genius still provides the blueprint for music today. Cool to see performances of this kind brought to today's audiences.
