A cone is a cone and a clutch is a clutch. One can't be made into the other. You can swap a cone type for a clutch type in a particular model of rear.

You can find them on ebay, Randys Ring and Pinion or Dr. Diff or similar. Cone type aren't rebuildable so I'd guess its not possible to change it to a clutch type. Someone else will be able to confirm.
