My car last year would pick and choose when the guage worked. Well I just got around to testing it. I believe when you ground out the sender wire the guage should go to full, which it did. So I checked the sender unit and I believe it should read around 9 ohms with a full tank, it got no reading at all. I ran a wire to the battery for a good ground. On my way home tonight the guage decided to work again so I thought I'd check it then. I got no reading again. What could it be?
