console woodgrain removal

anyone find an easy way to remove the old woodgrain decals that have been on there forever?the ones i have are so old and weathered they won't scrape off.any help is greatly appreciated,thanks

Spray it with "Goo gone" and let it sit. Stuff works great

Heat gun or hair dryer to soften the adhesive.

I used a plastic paint stripper on a wireless drill, they are also used to remove decals on cars.
