I am sure ti is possible to convert a non fold down rear seat to a fold down rear seat my question is how difficult is it. Has anybody done it?

I've been wondering the same thing.

Anything is possable but it's more than just swaping out the seat. The package tray is different, there's several brackets and latches, the trim is different around the back seat and there is different bracing on the inner wheel tubs. I wouldn't do it without a parts car.
