Convert SBP to BBP

I have a 68 Dart and I bought everything to do a disc brake conversion w/ bbp axles, I don't think I want to convert it to discs anymore the drums seem more than adequate. I would like to convert to BBP though as I have a real nice set of rallyes I want to put on, can I use what I have to just convert to BBP with the least amount of work possible.

Least amount of work? IMHO, see if you can find someone who will swap a nice set of SBP rallyes for a nice set of BBP rallyes.
