Aren’t convertible visors supposed to have rods on the inner edge that latch into the slots in the rear view mirror?
I come from the vintage Volkswagen world and this is the case with VW’s.
My visors move all over the place while I’m driving and it’s driving me nuts.

I can not say for early As but 67 -69 convert visors are unique. Not the same as other body styles

Yeah, you may have visors from a sedan, or from some random donor. Because the 67-69 cars which I am more familiar with have the mirror clips even on the hardtops.

Thank you for the response.
Yea, I thought it was odd that the mirror obviously has provisions for the rods but they are just nonexistent.
I may attempt to add a rod when I get the interior redone if I am unable to locate some actual 1965 visors that have the rod.
