It would seem easier just to swap drive trains...
He will wind up with a two door ply/dodge !! Have to wonder what vin he will use!????
Ya got to give the guy credit though!
If the VIN Tag was affixed to the door jamb, that would be the one to use.

That dude is awesome. I retract my earlier comment as now I realize the Dodge was a rust bucket. Goes to prove its just "sheet metal". Gives definition to the term "re-body". My hat is off to him, got big brass balls...

I admit I have owned about every Mopar but never one of those finned wonder, I love the look. I better get after one before I die!!

My father liked to buy his Chrysler products at the end of the model year, when the new models were coming out and the dealer would bargain himself down a bit on old models that remained unsold. He bought our 1956 Plymouth Savoy V8 like that. A few weeks later he took it in for its 1,000-mile service and saw the '57s. When he came home he said, "Maybe we should have waited and bought a new model."
