coolant in oil

I found coolant in the oil but i don't have oil in the coolant. water was also coming out of the exhaust. i replaced the valley pan and gaskets and did a oil change but i still have water coming out of the exhaust.
i am pretty sure that i need new head gaskets i just want to know if this sounds like a head gasket problem to anyone else. i still have to do a compression test and cylinder leakage test
