Coolant leak on 2005 Magnum

I have a leak at what I believe to be at the upper radiator hose/ thermostat housing. It's not coming from the lower part or gasket of the housing but at the upper part of the housing. It seems to be coming from the part right under the fitting on top. Has anyone ever experinced
this before, it looks like it would be easy to change out by pulling the four screws that hold it on but not sure.

Someone please tell me what this is so i can fix it.

That is a very common issue in the 2.7 and 3.5. Just a crappy piece from the get go. Just need to replace that housing and the rubber gasket under it. The dealer will have a bunch in stock!

You wouldn't happen to know what that piece or piece is would you? I'd like to get it from Kragen if possible and do it myself.

Honestly I don't think its available aftermarket yet, I had to get it from the dealer. It was only $40 or so. Its really easy to replace.
