I've got a Chinese air-gap intake intake for my 360 stroker build and I just now noticed that while there's openings in it for the front coolant passages, there is only a pipe plugged hole for the driver's rear and nada for the passenger rear. Is or will this be an issue and does anybody have any experience with this?

Not necessary. No crossover used in the rear. Plugged port could be used for additional temp sensor or coolant feed/access for other uses...
