Cracked Timing Cover

I'm getting ready to do my Magnum swap and I decided to use my V belt set up so I installed my early timing cover and when I did I cracked the left front lower bolt hole where the oil pan bolts through . The bolt is tight but should I be concerned about an oil leak ?

Of course, unless you did something to make it not a concern.
What surface cracked?

Why did it crack, was it not sitting flat? Gasket out of place? Some old gasket left on the surfaces?

Im assuming the oil pan bolt was not quite square when I started it in

Just put some black rtv in it and move on.

It's no biggie. JB weld it & move forward.

I would put another cover on it, but that's just me.
