crager s/s wheels

I have a 1969 dodge dart gts that I would like to put crager s/s wheels on. Would P21570r15 with 14x6 and P235/60r14 with 14x7 reverse offset work, and would I need air shocks?

Partsman, do you have the small bolt pattern brakes? I need to go to a BBP wheel setup because I put disc brakes on my car. I will be selling the wheels and tires off my '69 Dart. 215/70-14 on the front and 255/60-15 on the back. Everything is almost new. I'm near Irwin.
