Does anyone have a side by side comparison photo of a 1970 A body auto and manual transmission cross member? Or are they the same?
 
so the a833 would fit in my 70 dart with auto floor pan once i put in a 4 speed hump?
 
Yep. As long as you cut the floor for shift rod clearance.

The K frame doesn't matter on your other question. I'm using 73+ steering gear on a 68-72 K frame. Work the same going the other direction too.

Well actually theres more than just shift rod clearance because the left side of the trans is square so its a bigger cut than expected. no insults....right?
