Crush Sleeve Eliminator Pros/Cons?

Getting ready to put a new sure grip in my 8 3/4 and buddy trying to talk me into using a crush sleeve eliminator. What are the pros and cons of using this over the crush sleeve?
 
I cannot think of any cons.
 
I have used several and can think of no cons. I tried using crush sleeves to start out and had a heck of a time getting the preload correct. Seems I'd always get it close and then hit it some more and it'd jump up too high then you get to start over with a new sleeve. Don't have to worry about that with a CS eliminator
 
I'm another that can find no cons. The crush sleeve eliminator is used in every 489 I do.
