"A" body rears are all interchangeable as far as bolting in, but that 741 case rear is an 8 3/4 and not an 8 1/4. If you are going from a 7 1/4 you will need the shock plates and "U" bolt from the '67 and your driveline will have to be shortened 2.25" when going from a 7 1/4 to an 8 3/4.
