cat made lots of v8 diesels look at the 3208 and they also made more duds than anyone else

7.3 international v8 damn near built proof.as far as a new v8 from Cummings I would stay far from that the good thing about Cummings they are easy to work on.

I had a 4-53T in a 77 F-250 with a 4 speed and a brownie behind it. It would sure turn heads in parking lots when you had it rapped up against the governor cruising around! It got hit bad in the front end while it was parked in the street.
 
we had a 6V-92"Green Leaker" in a GMC brigadier road tractor, it was supercharged and turbo charged. very cool engine,
