who can make me a custom gauge panel for my duster out of sheet metal or fiberglass????

Make your own, Its easy. Just make a template out of card board and trace it in some aluminum or plexi glass from Home depot.

Yes, Use the stock cluster, remove the gauges and make an insert that will set in to it and hold the new gauges.
