All kiddin aside, I use a ring filer from Summit myself and it works great. With the KB stuff, you do need to be careful, but those top gaps usually end up being in the .040" or over range, so you can drive a bus through it. lol

Don't use ANYTHING that will heat the ring up..... Maybe thats what I shoulda said........
