A little stir crazy after foot surgery thought I'd share a " what's possible" . Duplicating the valance curve was easy, used on- line software to print the hole patterns then built a test bunk. Ultimately I was too cavalier about the bunks' actual relationship to parallel/ car so bottom of holes were way too big. A definite oh **** moment. The repair piece work was some intense shaping and spot welding but I got it. The interior frame rings have 3 screws to center and capture the exhaust tips.
