Cutting front large disc center register

Just wondering for those that have had the register beveled for wheel clearance like the bullet wheels did you have to go to machine shop or brake shop. Are there brake lathes capable of cutting the register or does this have to go to a machine shop and turned on a large lathe.

I doubt you will find many brake shop guys willing to do this. Liability for one thing, and it's a "fussy job" not in their regular training.

I would try it, and in fact have an Ammco drum / disk lathe.

It should be an easy job for anyone with a lathe on which you can mount them.

I assume you are talking about the rotors and not the wheels

Yes disc rotor I figured its a machine shop job.
