Hi all,
I'm new to Mopar. Rebuilding a 318. I'm advised to get "302" casting cylinder heads. I like the idea.
O'Reilly's Auto has rebuilt cylinder heads, Part # 2D31, that says they're either 302, 646 or 714 castings. I asked, and they won't let me specify that I want ONLY the 302 castings. So I might get the 646 or 714s. Would that be ok? Are they really essentially the same head? Or is there some significant difference?
