Dakota digital blinking red light

Hey everyone, Ive installed a pac-2750 fan controller to run my ford contour fans and I’m having a blinking red light in the top hand left side of the lcd screen whenever I hold sw1. I can’t find anything online explaining what this means and it’s not mentioned in the troubleshooting section of their installation instructions. I would call but they closed at 6. If possible I’d like to have this running by tonight.

Anyone run into this before?

Asked way too soon. Turns out I had a fuse blown for my electric fan circuit so I wasnt getting keyed power.
