I drive my '53 Dodge truck to get non-alcohol gas in Boerne (TX). While I'm at the pump, a 40 something Hispanic guy in a Chevy (company) truck pulls up.
"Damn that is a good looking truck. I'm a Dodge guy, but the boss buys my truck, so I drive it. What year model?"
"It's a '53. It was bought new at Spenrath Motors (long since closed down, now a bar) in Comfort."
"Damn, a local! Did you buy it new?"
I officially feel old.
