ok guys who has done this which one do you think works best? i have read both and need to order them asap. Thanks!!

Either one will work. You will need to do quite a bit of work near the rear bodypanel to make them work.
Use a piece of posterboard to cut out the exact shape and transfer that on the new piece. That will give you an idea of its shape. What I did was cut along the bottom fold and leave that attached then cut the curve from the flat area and weld the fold back in place. Before you weld it solid you need to make sure there is the correct amount of twist at the bottom rear of the extension. Barracuda 1/4s roll under more than the flat Duster/Dart 1/4s..
