My zip is 44135, Cleveland Ohio. Are the mounting bolts intact on all four of those bumper guards? Is there any way you could send a couple of close up pics of just the bumper guards.

One other thought, my car is missing the chrome bezel rings that go around the inside door lock push/pull knobs. Do you have any of those?
