Will the door panels and dash pad out of a 70 2 Door Dart fit a 73 Dart Swinger?

if the other dart is a 2 door sure i dont see why not

If the interior door handles are in the same location (end of arm rest) they will fit, but if the interior door handles from the 73 are the ones that are up higher then they won't fit. They changed the interior door handles in 73 and went to a plastic upper piece.

Yep. Door panel won't work for reason stated buy dusted72. The dash pad will work though.
