Dart Sport to Demon Front Clip Question

Hey Guys,

Almost have all the parts together to start this swap. Just picked up the grille support the other day. My question is this: How does the dart sport grille support come off to make way for the demon grille support? Do I have to cut it out? Drill out the spot welds? That's what it is looking like I have to do.

Everything that needs to come out should unbolt.

The radiator support gets left alone. The hood latch support and grille mounts should all unbolt. On the Dart Sport you'll also need to remove the header panel.

It should make a lot more sense once you remove the Dart Sport fenders and header panel.

You need to change the whole front clip to do this, including fenders, bumper (and brackets), hood, grille, beak, etc.
Basically unbolt all of the sheet metal on the front and replace it with the older parts.
