Dash cap urethane?

I got a dash cap for my 71 duster. Very pleased with the look. And fit. I actually think I wouldn't have to glue it down almost. But I'm going to. My question is. What is the best urethane glue to use to glue it down. The front toward the windshield is my main concerned. To keep it down and not look noticeable and to not come up in the summer heat. Thanks all.

I would not glue it down especially if it will be subject to a lot of heat. Everywhere its not attached will warp.

Two sided tape around the perimeter of the pad maybe??

Clear silicone is what you would use. should have came with a small tube
