Dash Frame ?s

I have a '71 Dart GT (Swinger). I would like to do something different with the cluster. I don't want to mess with my original cluster/dash frame.
I've located a '70 Duster standard dash frame. Will this frame fit into my '71 Dart GT (Swinger)?
Also, what is meant by standard dash frame? No A/C controls? My '71 Dart GT has A/C controls what can I do?

Yes the dash frame will fit form a 70 Duster to a 71 Dart GT or Swinger. Standard dash would refer in the Dart or Duster as to non Rallye dash. It does not refere to A/C or No A/C. You can have A/C on a standard or Rallye dash. This is what I understand. I have a Rallye dash in my Dart with A/C.
