Oil' temp and gas gauges weren't working . So I bought a DeMon ivr and put it in . Now there working but I only have dash lights on my speedo and not my other gauges ..I cleaned all my light sockets with an eraser and wiped them clean .. Do the lights and sockets need to go back in a certain way ???

They go in either way unless they are led. Are your bulbs know good? There are about three different grounds on the instrument cluster. You may have disturbed one of them.
You may have also damaged one of the pins on the multi connector. One of them powers all the dash lights on the circuit board. Also, did you remember the second multiconnector on the far left? I forget what that powers. Consult the wiring diagram in the FSM.
Well I got my fat 63 year old *** back up under the dash and wiggled the multi connector again and bingo ... lite up like the 4th of july ....kinda .. thanks for the input ... took my cell phone so i could call my wife to help me out from between the bucket seats ...
