Part of the metal frame is very loose on my dash pad. I want to find a glue/ adhesive to put it back on. I looked up some FUSOR adhesives but man they are expensive. I was told I need a urethane adhesive to bond the metal frame to the hard dense foam on the dash pad. Anyone have any ideas ?

In the past i have used marine epoxy from local ace hardware. $6
scuff up area good as possible ridding surface rust etc. use newspaper to wrap around after adhesive applied and then tightly with duck or packing tape to dry.

It may sound nuts but shoe goo will fix it up. I repaired all the lower pads on my 69' bee with it and it worked great use masking tape to hold it tight until it dries and it's not going anywhere.
